How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Processing takes 1-3 business days (and orders placed after 12pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
How can I edit/cancel my order?
We are unable to edit orders once they have been placed. If you have any questions, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number.
How can I edit/cancel my subscription?
Please log in to your account with your email address and password. You will then be able to edit your shipping address and subscription. If you are experiencing issues, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and the email address associated with your account, and how you would like to edit your subscription!
Can I add a discount code to a Subscription order?
At this time you can not add a discount code to a subscription item or order.
Where does Beautrue ship?
We ship to the U.S. and most countries internationally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take about 11-15 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.
Priority shipping is calculated at checkout.
When will I get my order?
Standard U.S. shipping via FedEx is 7-15 business days.
Priority shipping via USPS 3-10 business days.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I get my order expedited?
You can select priority shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Once you've placed your order, we are unable to expedite.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email email@example.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.
