Processing takes 1-3 business days (and orders placed after 12pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

We ship to the U.S. and most countries internationally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take about 11-20 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.

Standard shipping is $6. Priority shipping is calculated at checkout.

Standard U.S. shipping via FedEx is 5-15 business days. Priority shipping via USPS 3-10 business days. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

You can select priority shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Once you've placed your order, we are unable to expedite.

Helping you achieve the best version of your hair is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from, we accept returns on lightly used or unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Email with your order number and tell us your experience with our product. If approved, we’ll send you next steps. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. There’s no re-stocking fee, but shipping fees on your original order are nonrefundable.

If you have purchased a Playa product from a salon, spa, boutique, beauty supply store or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the store's own return/exchange policy. Beautrue products are manufactured in China.

Beautrue products use IFRA-compliant fragrance blends that provide the sensory experience of sand and sea that we love, in a low, non-hazardous formula. Our fragrances are free of the known irritants linalool, acetone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, camphor, ethanol, ethyl acetate and methylene chloride.

Beautrue maintains the safety and efficacy of our products. We have found that using small amounts of low-harm clinical ingredients is essential to maintaining the performance and stability of our line. We strive to be as clean and safe as possible by using only small amounts of these clinically active ingredients.

Beautrue does not use SLS, Parabens, phthalates or dyes in our products. These toxic ingredients do not increase the efficacy of the product and are harmful to the environment and human health.

Beautrue loves animals and it is very important to us to remain cruelty-free. We do not test animals or buy from suppliers who cannot prove that they are also cruelty-free.
